VantageRCM recently hired one of the country’s top RCM, medical billing and health care compliance leaders as its new vice president of revenue cycle management (RCM) at Vantage’s Bend, OR office.
Into this newly formed position, Dee brings with her more than 25 years of health care operations and medical billing experience, with a focus on compliance. Having also served as an educator, a speaker, an author and a legislative activist throughout her health care career, she is a long-time advocate of issues related to the financial health of both medical providers and their patients.
Within her new position, Dee will lead a growing VantageRCM medical billing team focused on ensuring the financial stability and growth of private practice physical therapy clinics across the U.S. VantageRCM does this through the management of billing, tracking and compliance matters.

A former director of revenue cycle operations with St. Charles Health System in Bend, OR, Dee has spent her career as an educator, executive and revenue cycle consultant for a number of health care companies. For more than a decade, she also served as an adjunct professor at Concordia University in Portland, educated BS and MBA students in the areas of HIPPA and revenue cycle compliance.
Dee has also remained active as both a national author, speaker and legislative activist on issues of health care business, revenue cycle management and compliance.
